Agreed. All there games are hosted on steam for PC. Just buy the shit online. Retail copies of Valve games are treated like second class citizens.

Valve sucks ass I got ripped by them when i found i had to register the damn game online I dont register anything on line If I buy it I should be able to play it out of the box.

Well actually counter strike 1.0 is made by some modders. They worked on it and updated it. It became a huge fanbase and valve just recruited the modders who made the game.
Modders made cs 1. Valve bought the mod and its rights and hired the modders I think.

Search Gabe Newell trash the PS3, in the video he says that its a waste of time to make games for consoles, not just the PS3.
Counter Strike: Source is made by Valve. Valve acquired the Counter Strike Team after the success of the original Counter Strike. Keep watching the documentary for more details.
I never finished HL2 the latest memory is using cheats 4 years ago because i sucked at games 4 years ago…. then getting stuck in a security place in a large building with wall turrets and it was one in Street or whatever 17
Css is made by source so isnt it basicly made by valve parts so didnt valve realy make it be made? But didnt make it. Or did modders make the stuff and give it to valve? uhh dont give me bad responds just wondering.

Valve isn’t an “Xbox Fanboy” company.
Microsoft is in partnership with Valve and funds most of it’s projects so they have a significant power over Valve, Sony on the other hand has none, they previously released a game for the PS3 “The Orange Box” which made about 75% more profit on the Xbox and 110% more profit on the PC. So you see, it’s not a point of the company favoring a console over another, it’s the point that they don’t want to waste resources on a game that won’t make much.
